DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

SustainGo.com will issue a full refund for products damaged during shipping. Buyers must provide valid proof of damage within 3 days of product delivery to be eligible for the credit.
UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS RETURN:

SustainGo.com does not facilitate returns for non-damaged products.

Option a: SustainGo.com generates a return shipping label. Buyers use this label to ship products to the SustainGo INDIA office. Full refund provided after deducting To and From shipping charges on returned products.

Option b: Customers can pay return shipping charges and mail products to SustainGo INDIA. Refund includes the price of goods minus the customer-paid shipping fee.
TIMEFRAME:
Product returns are accepted within 15 days of product delivery. Ensure returns are shipped within this 15-day period to qualify for a refund.
RETURNS FOR FOOD ITEMS:
Returns are not accepted for food items. However, if you are unsatisfied, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis after consultation with a customer representative.
ABUSE OF THE RETURN PROCESS:
SustainGo.com reserves the right to refuse service or permanently ban buyers who abuse the return process.
REFUNDS FOR OTHER COUNTRIES:
Refunds for countries other than India will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a mistake on the part of SustainGo.com sellers, refunds will be provided based on the issue details. In case of a refund against a returned product, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned product and in other cases it will be initiated within 7 days.
